Beyond the scientific outcomes, managing a review also involves tracking administrative and financial progress. RevPro’s reporting tools provide the insights needed for project oversight and stakeholder communication.
Generating a Project Status Report
Navigate to the "Project Admin" dashboard and click the "Generate Report" button. RevPro will compile a comprehensive status report that includes:
- Project Overview: Key details like project name, status, manager, and client.
- Progress Summary: High-level statistics on task completion and overall project progress percentage.
- Financial Summary: A breakdown of the planned project budget versus actual costs, including variance.
- Task Details: A list of all project tasks, their status, assignee, and progress.
Exporting for Stakeholders
The generated report can be viewed directly within RevPro or exported in multiple formats for easy sharing:
- PDF: Ideal for a clean, non-editable version to share with clients or stakeholders.
- DOCX: A Microsoft Word document that allows for further editing or integration into larger reports.
- Excel: Provides a detailed breakdown of all project data, including separate sheets for the summary and task details, perfect for further analysis.
