This partnership grants ReviPro direct integration with The Lens.org database via its Application Programming Interface (API).

RevPro is a web-based platform currently available free of charge to all users, with a special focus on supporting academia and researchers in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). Our core mission, aligned with the spirit of open-source initiatives, is to provide open and free access to advanced research tools.

Solving a Critical Research Challenge

RevPro was primarily developed to address a critical methodological gap in evidence synthesis. Specifically, it helps researchers mitigate statistical bias in meta-analyses with sparse data (e.g., studies with zero events).
Our platform introduces a "User-Guided Synthesis" framework. This empowers researchers to make transparent and scientifically defensible methodological choices, moving away from the opaque and often biased default settings found in many other tools.

A key objective is to democratize access to these sophisticated research tools, especially for researchers in LMICs who often face barriers due to the high cost of commercial software. By providing a rigorous, all-in-one, and accessible platform, we aim to significantly enhance the global credibility of evidence-based healthcare.

  • Objective Peer Evaluation: The objective peer evaluation by scholars with multidisciplinary backgrounds from more than 8 Ethiopian public universities and research institutions is underway.
  • Rapid Adoption: Since our launch two months ago, more than 95 users from over 25 domestic and international institutions have registered and are actively using RevPro.
  • Active Projects: There are currently more than 20 active evidence synthesis projects being performed on our platform.
